Two kinds of comisaría
Alzira, Gandia, Ontinyent and Sagunt list the full set: TIE cards for non-EU residents and for family members of EU citizens, the EU registration certificate, residence and non-residence certificates, NIE certificates and NIE assignment.
Burjassot, Mislata, Paterna, Quart de Poblet, Xàtiva and Xirivella list NIE assignment, NIE certificates, residence and non-residence certificates and DNI/NIE concordance certificates, but neither the EU registration certificate nor TIE cards.
How to use the list
- On the cita previa portal, pick Valencia as the province and then your trámite: you choose among the offices offering it
- Book where your procedure is listed: a comisaría near home only helps if it handles your trámite
- Take the same file wherever you go: EX form, passport and copy, paid Modelo 790 código 012
- Keep the confirmation: the office it names is the address that counts
Inside the city
In Valencia itself, NIE numbers and EU certificates are handled on Calle de Bailén, and TIE cards are issued by the Secretaría General at the Comisaría de Patraix. The Brigada Provincial on Calle Zapadores deals with invitation letters, stay extensions and asylum rather than NIE requests.

Not necessarily. Besides the Comisaría de Patraix, policia.es lists TIE issuance at Alzira, Gandia, Ontinyent and Sagunt. The office on your cita previa confirmation is where you give your fingerprints.
Which stations close to the city assign NIE numbers?
Burjassot, Mislata, Paterna, Quart de Poblet and Xirivella, all on the edge of Valencia, list NIE assignment and NIE certificates; so do Xàtiva, Alzira, Gandia, Ontinyent and Sagunt further out.
Can I register as an EU citizen in Mislata or Paterna?
Not according to policia.es, which lists the EU registration certificate at neither. In the province it appears at Alzira, Gandia, Ontinyent and Sagunt, and in the city at Calle de Bailén.
