Revised in October 2026.
What follows covers your visits to nie-valencia.com and any help you ask NIE Valencia for through it. Browsing the site or sending a request means you accept these terms.
Who is behind this site
NIE Valencia guides newcomers through Spanish paperwork in Valencia: the NIE, the green certificate, the TIE, the padrón and their cousins. It is a private undertaking. It holds no public authority, speaks for no administration and has no tie to the police, the immigration offices or the city council.
What we offer
We explain procedures, help you prepare forms and fee slips, help you look for appointments and tell you which documents to bring. The pages of this site give general information, kept as accurate as we can, but they are not legal advice and rules can change. Only the competent authority decides on an application, and we cannot guarantee any outcome, date or processing time.
Partners
Some requests are better handled by a specialist partner, for example for relocation support or for an online NIE application. When that is the case we tell you, and the partner's own terms apply to the services it provides.
Fees
Any fee for our help is separate from the official fees of the administration, such as the Modelo 790 código 012, and is made clear to you before any work starts. You can always carry out official procedures yourself, directly with the administration, paying only the official fees.
What we count on you for
You agree to give us accurate and complete information and genuine documents, and to check every form before you sign it. We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by information or documents that turn out to be wrong or incomplete.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses or for the decisions, delays or technical problems of public authorities and their systems.
Content of the site
The texts, illustrations and design of this site belong to NIE Valencia. You may share links to it, but not copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.
The law that applies
Spanish law applies. Should a disagreement ever reach a court, the courts of Valencia will hear it, which leaves untouched any right you have as a consumer to go to the courts of your own home.
